Joe was prompt, patient, and prepared. If Joe said he would call, e-mail or text us, he did it, and he did it on time. He would get back to us within a few hours if not immediately. Every meeting that we had set up, Joe was there on time or early. You may expect this to be the norm with others, however, we found out that it is not always, in this profession.
