Joe has also served high school youth through his non-profit agency Operation Outreach, aimed at preventing youth from drinking and driving tragedies. Joe has also traveled to parts of Africa to assist in humanitarian/missions efforts while serving the people in the Ivory Coast.

Joe is also a Fire Captain with a local fire department and for the last 28 years, Joe has responded to and served the community during their time of need. Michael has spent the past 20 years raising his family in Willow Glen. During this time his life has been spent serving his community at church and through youth sports. He continues to be very active in the community and has volunteered his time over the years as a Coach & Vice President for Lincoln Glen Little League, Elder at his church or as a parent volunteer at Valley Christian High School with the Varsity Football Program. He wants to serve his clients as if they're family.

Michael has a broad experience in serving his clients; first time home buyers for there first home and then Listing that home for Sale when the clients family expands. He has partnered with local builders in the purchase of properties for redevelopment, provided real estate for long term conservative investments known as Land Banking. Synthia grew up in Southern California in a family of nine. She has two beautiful daughters who she stayed home with for over 13 years. As a mom, many of those years were spent doing what she loves to do, photographing and videotaping them. She spent many years volunteering at their school Valley Christian, along with coaching their sports and being there to encourage them along the way. Prior to her career as a Real Estate agent, Synthia was an agent for State Farm Insurance. She has also gained much of her business experience from being an assistant to a Founder/CEO of a Speech Recognition Company here in Silicon Valley.
